Balfour Beatty Communities is a leader in the most successful PPP in the United States,
the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI). Under MHPI, Balfour Beatty Communities
is responsible for the design, development, construction/renovation, operation and management
of military housing projects for the Department of Defense (DoD), which allows the DoD to focus
