In 1996 Congress addressed the problem of deteriorating military housing across the country and the shortage of affordable, quality, military housing. At that time, Congress authorized the Department of Defense to contract with private entities to develop, construct, renovate, and manage military housing. Our management team entered the market in 1999 and has since been awarded more bases than any of its competitors.
